Below you’ll find Take Me Anywhere Travels terms and conditions.

When filling out your travel survey and you click “I agree” you, hereby referred to as “client”,  agree to Take Me Anywhere Travels’ terms and conditions as follows:

 

  1. Client must be over 18 years to receive service from Take Me Anywhere Travels. If client is not 18 years old one calendar day before booking, he/she will not receive service.
    1. In the case of Take Me Anywhere Travels receiving falsified, incorrect, false, forged, or in any way incorrect information regarding client, or any person or persons traveling with client, Take Me Anywhere Travels reserves the right to not serve client, without any refund for any reason whatsoever.
    2. Client is responsible for all information given to Take Me Anywhere Travels, and ensures this is correct and accurate for client and all traveling with client.
  2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions client acknowledges that he/she or any traveling with her/him is not a wanted felon, has no warrants, or is under any type of criminal investigation, in any country, including country of origin, transit countries, country traveling to and/or country of birth.
    1. If client or any traveling with client is refused entry to any country, Take Me Anywhere Travels holds no responsibility.
  3. The Mystery Deposit is refundable if you don’t go through with booking your Mystery Holiday only if you request a refund. If you go through with the booking the Mystery Deposit will be deducted from your total tour cost.
  4. Take Me Anywhere Travels reserves the right to cancel the Mystery Holiday in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances that are preventing the Mystery Holiday to be carried out in a manner not deemed safe by Take Me Anywhere Travels, such as weather, natural disasters, force majeure, riots, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, disease, etc. If Take Me Anywhere Travels cancels the Mystery Holiday for the above reasons you are not entitled to a refund.
  5. If client cancels the trip he/she has paid for, for any reason,  within 24 hours after payment, client will be refunded 95% of the sum paid, not including any payment fees, transaction fees, conversion rates, or fees between Take Me Anywhere Travels respective bank(s) or client and their respective bank(s).
    1. Client is only guaranteed a refund if they request and pay for cancellation insurance from Take Me Anywhere Travels.  The terms and conditions for cancellation insurance can be found here: https://www.takemeanywheretravels.com/cancellation-insurance
      1. If Client pays for cancellation insurance with Take Me Anywhere Travels, then Take Me Anywhere Travels will organize and collect all refunds on behalf of Client, and return the original quoted amount, minus 10%, to the PayPal account, or bank account Client originally paid with.
    2. If client cancels the trip for any reason 24 hours after payment, without paying for cancellation insurance from Take Me Anywhere Travels, Client will not receive any refund from Take Me Anywhere Travels.
      1. Refunds from booked accommodation are to be dealt with between client and the person and/or company providing the accommodation(s).
      2. Refunds from booked flights are to be dealt with between client and the responsible airline(s) and/or booking site(s)
      3. Refunds from booked activities are to be dealt with between client and the person and or person providing the activity and/or activities.
      4. Refunds from booked transport to and/or from the airport are to be dealt with between client and the person and or company providing the transport.
    3. Take Me Anywhere Travels will provide a refund to the client for flights, accommodation, transport and/or activities, if Take Me Anywhere Travels paid for cancellation insurance.
    4. Take Me Anywhere Travels will provide the relevant contact information to help client best resolve the potential refund issue, but it is up to client to contact said source, and it’s client’s responsibility to get a refund. Take Me Anywhere Travels will take no part in discussions between client and said source.
  6. If client or anyone traveling with client, for any reason, did not enjoy/like their trip there will be no refund
    1. Exceptions can be made if the fault of the dis-enjoyment does not lay in the pre-booked: destination, type of activities, type of accommodation, and/or airfare.
      1. If the reason for the dis-enjoyment lays with the activities then this is to be dealt with between client and the person and or business providing the activity and/or activities
      2. If the reason for the dis-enjoyment lays with the accommodation then this is to be dealt with between client and the person and/or business providing the accommodation(s)
      3. If the reason for the dis-enjoyment lays with the flight then this is to be dealt with between client and the person and/or airline providing the flight(s)
      4. If the reason for the dis-enjoyment lays with the accommodation then this is to be dealt with between client and the person and or the business providing the accommodation(s)
    2. Take Me Anywhere Travels will provide the relevant contact information to the source of dis-enjoyment, but it is up to the client to contact said source, and it’s the client’s responsibility to get a refund. Take Me Anywhere Travels will take no part in discussions between client and said source.
    3. Client may file a complaint with their respective Travel Agent and request a refund for the point client mentions. When client has sent his or her complaint client will be informed of the expected processing time. If client is dissatisfied with the handling of the complaint or the result of the complaint, client may send an appeal to “Pakkereisenemnda, Postboks 2924 Solli, 0230 Oslo, reiselivsforum.no”.
  7. Client agrees and ensures that the invoice he or she is sent to pay for any service given by Take Me Anywhere Travels, is to be paid in full, paid from a bank account with sufficient funds, and said payment will not be canceled.
  8. Client is responsible for any damage that occurs during his/her trip, that’s booked by Take Me Anywhere Travels. If any damage occurs and/or is inflicted by client or anyone traveling with client and/or associating with client, or anyone associating with the persons traveling with client, during the pre-booked flight(s), during the stay at the pre-booked accommodation, during any of the pre-booked activities and/or during the pre-booked transport to/from airport, then this damage is to be paid for by client.
    1. Client acknowledges that if Take Me Anywhere Travels is billed, made to pay for, received an invoice and/or bill for any damage caused by client, anyone traveling with client, and/or anyone associated to client and/or anyone traveling with the client, that client will pay for any and all damage, and repay whatever sum of money Take Me Anywhere Travels has had to pay on client’s behalf.
    2. Take Me Anywhere Travels reserves the right to give all relevant information to law enforcement, in any country, should client, anyone traveling with client, and/or anyone associated to client and/or anyone traveling with the client, break the law and/or cause any damage to property and/or persons.
  9. Client acknowledges that he/she or anyone traveling with client will not use, distribute, manufacture, drink, sell, and/or transport any illegal substances and/or alcohol.
    1. If client uses, distributes, manufactures, drinks, sells, and/or transports any illegal substances and/or alcohol he/she will not be eligible for any refund for any reason.
  10. Client acknowledges that he/she is responsible to arrive on time for any booked activities, flights, check-ins and/or anything he/she/they need to be on time for.
    1. If client or anyone traveling with client does not arrive on time, Take Me Anywhere Travels is not responsible for any late arrival fees, lost tickets, refused entry and/or any reason resulting in client, and/or person(s) traveling with client, not being able to attend what Take Me Anywhere Travels booked for them.
  11. If client chooses, for any reason, to not attend the activity he/she is signed up for, there will be no refund.
  12. TAKE ME ANYWHERE TRAVELS has no liability for any personal damage or  damage to belongings, that might occur on your trip
